The role youll contribute :
The Occupational Therapist Assistant performs occupational therapy intervention according to accepted standards of practice of AOTA in order to facilitate functional progress and discharge planning of the medically complex patient population. Reports to Manager.

Demonstrates innovation, skill and efficiency in developing and implementing patient treatment programs far a varied caseload including : Orthopedic, Neurological, Pediatric and other patient populations.
Effectively performs treatment program accordance with protocols, plan of care, and patient's level of function.
Demonstrates delegation of tasks appropriately according to state, federal and JACHO regulations.
Actively participates in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual as well as departmental growth and development.
Consistently maintains departmental expected productivity.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :
Associate Degree
FL license, AHA BLS
