The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Palm Coast 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32164
The role you’ll contribute: The nurse manager is responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating the management & clinical practice activities for the nursing unit(s) under his/her charge. He/she assumes 24 hour accountability by setting measurable goals and objectives so that optimum quality patient care is delivered and staff is developed to exert care in a professional and caring manner.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor's in nursing within three years of hire
- At least three years of nursing experience
- Registered Nurse Florida Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's in nursing
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and management ability
- Advanced preparation or certification in clinical specialty
