- Our 254-bed full-service facility offers emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedics and the only licensed obstetric and pediatric units in Charlotte County.
The role you’ll contribute:
Cleans the cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen as necessary
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Washes and sorts of flatware, serving dishes, China, and glasses
- Operates dishwashing machine
- Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation surfaces, counters and shelves in the kitchen following each meal
- Sweeps and mops floor in kitchen after each meal. Sweeps, mops, removes trash as assigned. Operates and cleans dish machine and assigned equipment per department procedures, including routine sanitizer solution and temperatures checks
- Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per SDS sheets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
- High School Education or equivalent
- One year of technical experience
