AdventHealth Well 65 is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine to join our team in Tampa, Florida and provide personalized care to patients 65-years of age and older. This practice exclusively focuses on Medicare Advantage patients.
At work, you will experience :
- More Time with Patients : Up to 40 minutes with patients to provide comprehensive, personalized care
- Smaller Patient Panel. Max patient panel of 700.
- Lower Daily Patient Census. 14-16 patients per day.
- Clinic Support Team. Includes RN Case Management, 1.5 Health Coaches (MAs) per provider, Social Worker, Pharmacy, Care Coordinators, Welcome Coordinator, HCC Coding Support, and Administrator.
