AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is searching for a BC / BE Family Medicine physician to join a well-established group of 10 providers located in Lawrence, Kansas (Home of the University of Kansas) located 30 minutes West of Kansas City. This group has a 45-year-old history as one of Lawrences most prominent primary care groups.
The group consists of 4 FPs and 6 APPs and does outpatient cradle to grave family medicine. The well-equipped office has been updated to provide the latest technology with a lab and procedure room. The offices are well staffed with to provide a fantastic patient experience.
Physicians are employed in Advent Health Medical Group, a 130 provider multi-specialty group with a long standing 20-year track record with outstanding physician retention rates and physician satisfaction.
Our excellent compensation package includes a guaranteed salary period and a production bonus based on RVU production along with a quality bonus. Benefits include sign-on bonus, medical, dental, vision, 403B retirement, vacation, professional CME reimbursement and wonderful work-life balance!
AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is an award winning 504 bed hospital with a Medical Staff of over 700 physicians representing over 50 specialties and subspecialties. The hospital has a level III NICU with 24-hour neonatology coverage and is affiliated with the MD Anderson Cancer Network.
