The role you’ll contribute:
The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates.
- Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget.
- Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project.
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required.
- Three years of technical experience required.
- Two years of leadership/management experience required.
