Job Title: General Surgeon
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced board-certified General Surgeon to join our team at locations in Davenport and Lake Wales, Florida.
Job Summary:
As a General Surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to work as a full-time surgicalist, providing coverage for emergency department, hospital rounding, and surgeries without any clinic time. You will be part of a dynamic team working collaboratively with colleagues and medical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care as a General Surgeon, performing surgeries, and managing post-operative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in General Surgery
- Minimum 5 years' experience in General Surgery, preferably in a small-medium community hospital setting
