HR & Admin Executive (Work Visa Applications & General Admin)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are a business consulting firm specializing in company secretarial services, professional work visa applications, accounting, and payroll services. We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role will focus on professional work visa applications while also handling general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit work visa applications to relevant government authorities.
- Ensure all required documents comply with government regulations.
- Follow up on visa application status and address any queries.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, renewals, and approvals.
- Assist with general HR and administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, drafting documents, and coordinating office operations.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies management.
- Provide support for company events, meetings, and other business operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling work visa applications or HR-related administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with government procedures for professional visas in Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
