Job Summary:
Assists with all areas of telemedicine inpatient and outpatient program development, initiation and operations. Provides support to local sites in planning for telehealth service and develops program charters and timelines. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities and/or determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; serves as working supervisor for team or work group. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Works with sites to manage and monitor activities, assist sites in researching and developing site-specific solutions that adhere to system-wide workflows.
- Coordinates creation of communication and awareness activities and collateral materials. Composes and types confidential correspondences, reports, related material from dictation, written, and/or verbal medium.
- Facilitates workflow development, team tools and project task lists.
- Collects utilization data on inpatient/outpatient utilization at all telehealth deployments.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
