Job Summary:
Prepares beverages and products for customers. Maintains a clean environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Conducts sale of beverages and food products.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred
Facility Specific License/Certifications:
- SERVSAFE OR FH-efoodcard: Required
Essential Functions:
- Completes and prepares customer orders. Maintains clean working environment and follows safety requirements. Performs opening and closing duties.
- Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures. Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers.
- Assists with new employee training and coaching.
- Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, new techniques and new instrumentation. Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
