You will work closely with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, identify critical functions and processes, and ensure minimal disruption to operations during emergencies. Your expertise in business continuity planning will help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, identify critical functions and processes, and ensure minimal disruption to operations during emergencies.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies for mitigation and response.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration during emergencies.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education/Experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five Years' Related Experience: Preferred
- One Year Leadership Experience: Preferred
