**Job Summary:**
You will lead cross-functional teams to respond to emergencies, develop and implement emergency management programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise in disaster response and recovery will help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Disaster Planning and Risk Assessment: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster plans, conduct regular risk assessments, and identify strategies for mitigation and response.
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain business continuity plans, identify critical functions and processes, and ensure minimal disruption to operations during emergencies.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration during emergencies.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education/Experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five Years' Related Experience: Preferred
- One Year Leadership Experience: Preferred
