**Job Summary:**
You will lead cross-functional teams to respond to emergencies, develop and implement emergency management programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:
- Disaster Planning and Risk Assessment: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster plans, conduct regular risk assessments, and identify strategies for mitigation and response.
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain business continuity plans, identify critical functions and processes, and ensure minimal disruption to operations during emergencies.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, physicians, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration during emergencies.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education/Experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five Years' Related Experience: Preferred
- One Year Leadership Experience: Preferred
