Job Summary:
Assists in completion of documentation and verification. Reviews documentation for accuracy. Processes and distributes various reports. Compiles metrics data, creates and maintains documentation for policies and procedures. Assists in training, monitoring and providing guidance to personnel. Assists in writing, researching demographic data, creating implementation schedules and interfacing with department directors to ensure that all applicable data is captured. Applies developing/basic working knowledge and experience to the job. Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Assists in administrative duties as designated by department. Processes documentation, ensures procedures are followed.
- Performs research to provide to various departments for collection of hospital demographics. Compiles data.
- Work is regularly reviewed by others. Follows established procedures and receives daily instructions on work.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
