Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Experience working in ICU, PCU, or high acuity telemetry unit - Required
- Open to floating to multiple areas including telemetry, med/surg, ICU, and/or ED - Required
- Open to cross training to other patient care areas - Required
