Job Summary:
Develops and manages grants programs. Carries out project scope and objectives as defined in project grant. Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Must have good organization skills to complete work in a timely, accurate manner. This position is contractual and grant-funded.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' project coordination and related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Ensures project deadlines are met. Determines project changes. Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
- Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
- Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
