Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role requires adherence to state and federal regulatory guidelines, licensure, certification, and accreditation requirements.
- Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, reviews medical information, and documents treatment plans.
- Assists in collecting data on patient outcomes and supervises support staff.
- Instructs and directs assistants and support staff as outlined in national and state practice acts.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Two years of experience in speech language pathology preferred.
- Speech pathologist licensure in the state of practice required.
- CPR or BLS certification required.
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
