Job Summary:
Supports SCIS processes and system enabling support to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to optimize the utilization of supply chain systems. The incumbent works closely with customers, partners and other stakeholders, including suppliers, in the implementation and support of the supply chain roadmap, standards and best practices. The incumbent supports day-to-day content management activities, assists in the development of business requirements and works with the Business Systems Team in planning and implementation of process and system enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree in business or healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Two years' related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Supports ecommerce operations, deployment maintenance (set up and updating and correcting information received through electronic transmission
- The incumbent works closely with Adventist Health’s supplier community (manufacturers and distributors) to ensure that all related Master data is complete and accurate
- Provides SCIS item and vendor expertise and takes ownership to ensure integrity of the data through multiple analytical approaches.
- Identifies and resolves duplicates, attributes inconsistencies with the item and vendor masters.
- Keeps current with marketplace mergers, acquisitions and technology upgrades and their impact on SCIS
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The estimated base pay for this position is $29.14 to $39.96. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
