Job Description :

• Specialty : NICU RN
• Patient Ratios : 1 : 2
• First-timers not accepted
• Every other weekend required
• Will float within scope to pediatric and well baby nursery as needed
• Block schedule not accommodated
• Locals accepted
• Pending license not accepted
• Only 1 request for time off is permitted
• Acute Care Hospital with 360 total staffed beds
• Level II Trauma Facility
• Scrub Color : Royal Blue
• Charting : Cerner
• Orientation Hours : 16 non-billable
• Modules are non-billable, averaging 4-6 hours, completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty
• Modules are recorded through a learning portal
• Strict no-tobacco policy with nicotine drug screening
