Job Description:
Adventure Air Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions and needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client calls related to:
- Hours of operation
- Location details
- Booking birthday parties
- Finalizing party events
- Make outbound calls to:
- Return voicemails
- Confirm details for online party bookings
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (limited).
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including email and booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
