Motor Coach Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a positive and secure environment. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Safely operate a charter bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed,
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
• Manage passenger behavior effectively to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.
• Document any incidents or issues during transit accurately.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and other staff to coordinate schedules and routes efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2 Years commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
• Previous experience driving a motorcoach is preferred but we will train.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times.
