Job Overview
We are growing and have new babies that need someone to love on them each day while they are at school. We are a Child Development Center. There are lesson plans and activities planned for all age groups at our school. We provide training on all aspects of our education requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's individual needs.
- Incorporate activities that support the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and cognitive abilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to ensure a healthy learning space.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children are essential traits for this role.
- Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver for infants or young children is advantageous.
