Adventure Learning Center is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) owned company in Colorado Springs offering both in-home and center-based services to children diagnosed with Autism or related disorders. We take a trauma-informed, natural environment approach to bring about socially significant change, without making therapy uncomfortable or unenjoyable for our clients. We are currently seeking associates with a passion for helping others find their voice. We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or associates willing to complete the RBT certification, to provide center based and in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders.
Our clients are in the greater Colorado Springs metro area (El Paso County). While we offer both full-time and part-time positions, we are looking for candidates who are available Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and available to work one Saturday per month.
The Registered Behavior Technician ® (RBT ® ) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a BCBA Supervisor, who is responsible for all work RBTs perform in delivering ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. The RBT will implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and complete documentation in a timely manner.

A successful Registered Behavior Technician needs various technical and interpersonal skills to excel in this role.
Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of college completed in ABA, psychology, education, or other human service fields.
Registered Behavior Technicians must possess the following skills: communication skills, the ability to empathize with patients and their family members, the ability to remain professional in high-stress situations, flexibility and adaptability, listening and reasoning skills

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
