What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Controller position at Adventure Mattress?

Our products include the successful Scott Living mattress line and our distribution channels include retailers and a growing hospitality/contract channel. We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller with full responsibility for the finance and accounting team and functions as well as general accounting operations and financial statement preparation, cash flow/forecasts, risk insurance program, budgeting process and related items. This is an in-office role.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required with 5 years related experience in accounting to include progressively responsible leadership experience. Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency using an ERP required. CPA and/or Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration a plus.
