We're currently seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join us as Professional Pet Groomers. As a Groomer at Top Dog Grooming, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while making a positive impact on our furry clients' lives.

Pay: Commission or Hourly whichever is higher.  W2 Employee

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pet Grooming: Perform grooming services according to clients' specifications and breed standards. This includes bathing, drying, brushing, haircutting, and styling dogs of various breeds and sizes.

• Nail Trimming and Ear Cleaning: Ensure pets' nails are trimmed to the appropriate length and ears are cleaned thoroughly during grooming sessions.

• Skin and Coat Care: Assess pets' skin and coat condition and recommend appropriate grooming products or treatments to maintain their health and appearance.

• Customer Consultation: Consult with pet parents to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations based on their pets' needs and lifestyle.

• Safety and Comfort: Ensure pets' safety and comfort throughout the grooming process, handling them with care and compassion.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience as a pet groomer, with proficiency in grooming techniques and familiarity with breed-specific grooming standards.

• Creativity: Ability to showcase creativity and artistic flair in grooming styles while adhering to clients' preferences and breed standards.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pets are groomed to perfection, from coat trimming to nail clipping.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pet parents and understand their grooming needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Demonstrated 2 years experience as a pet groomer, with proficiency in grooming techniques and familiarity with breed-specific grooming standards. Able to groom 8-10 dogs per day.

• Creativity: Ability to showcase creativity and artistic flair in grooming styles while adhering to clients' preferences and breed standards.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pets are groomed to perfection, from coat trimming to nail clipping.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pet parents and understand their grooming needs and preferences.
