Responsibilities & Duties :

Scheduling and Coordination – maintain efficient schedules for our fleet of luxury motor coaches, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.

Driver Management – assign drivers to routes based on availability, qualifications, and client requirements, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Client Interaction – serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation.

Real-Time Monitoring – utilizes advanced dispatch technology to track vehicles in real-time, ensuring optimal routing and time service delivery.

Safety and Compliance – ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including maintaining current CDL certifications and vehicle inspections.

Problem Solving – quickly assess and resolve any logistical challenges or emergencies that may arise, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Continuous Improvement – collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the dispatch team.

Requirements :

Valid Commercial B Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger and air brake endorsements and a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a dispatcher in the transportation industry, preferably luxury or charter services.

Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

Proficient in using dispatch software and technology; familiarity with GPS systems is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Willingness to step in and cover trips if needed to ensure smooth operations.

Availability to be on-call one week per month.
