Responsibilities & Duties :

Drive minibuses in accordance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.

Provide reliable and punctual transportation, ensuring passengers' safety and a comfortable ride.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the bus is clean and in good working order.

Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, route information, and any incidents or accidents.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding and deboarding, as well as addressing any questions or concerns.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route changes, delays, or any issues encountered during the route.

Complete required training and attend regular safety meetings.

Requirements :

Must have at least a Commercial Class B License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and a valid Medical DOT certification.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience in transporting passengers commercially.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Must be able to pass a federal government background check for clearance.

Previous experience with minibuses or comparable vehicles is required.

Excellent driving record, emphasizing safety at all times.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle stress and remain calm in emergency situations.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
