Summary :
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at Adventure Tours' Philadelphia location. This includes managing the scheduling, dispatching, and supervision of line run and charter services. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with company policies and DOT / FMCSA regulations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations for a fleet of 6 buses, including 4 line run and 2 charter buses.
- Lead and support drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address service disruptions promptly.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Manager to maintain vehicle readiness.
- Provide performance updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations.
