Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about services and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, including lifeguard duties if applicable
- Assist with event management, including setup and teardown
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Events management: Experience in organizing and coordinating events or activities
- Guest services: Strong customer service skills, ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
- Hospitality: Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Public speaking: Comfortable speaking in front of groups or addressing guests during events or presentations
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with guests
