Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, promotions, and product selections.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by regularly restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of various items.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including managing stock levels in the backroom.
