Professional Development
Professional development days are held 4 times per year. These events promote teamwork, build skills, refresh creativity.
Continuing Education

Mentoring
A mentor will be available during your first 3-6 months of employment to help you in your teaching team position. Our on-boarding team members have worked with our program for 5 years and are eager to welcome you!
Lead Infant/Toddler Caregiver MUST HAVE:
- CDA in Early Childhood Education -OR-
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education -OR-
- At least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education AND 1 year working with Infants/ Toddlers.
Job Purpose: Develops and nurtures Infant/ Toddler by encouraging exploration; providing quality day-care; keeping children safe.
Duties:
- Stimulates emotional, intellectual, and social growth of infants and toddlers by developing and directing activities tailored to help them lean and grow
- Provides safe environment by maintaining orderly, clean, and appealing
- Encourages infant/ toddler participation by providing interactive activities that enhance sensory experiences
- Informs staff and parents of curriculum by preparing and submitting lesson plans
Skills/Qualifications: Nurturing Infant/ Toddlers, Safety Management, Listening, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Self-Motivated, Confidentiality, Emotional Control

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
