Duties
- Assist Lead teacher in leading the younger group of children in educational activities such as getting them familiar with writing name, shapes, alphabet, etc.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
- Assist with behavior management and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Provide individualized attention and care to students, including toddler care.
- Support students in their academic and social development.
- Assist with classroom organization and maintenance.
Experience
- Previous experience working with students, particularly in early childhood education or special education (not required but preferred).
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work and collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
