Key Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop nurturing bonds with children and their parents.
- Maintain Classroom Hygiene: Ensure a clean and healthy environment, following proper hygiene and diapering procedures.
- Stimulate Growth and Development: Create a learning atmosphere that fosters children's growth.
- Professional Development: Complete at least 10 hours of annual training, provided by our center.
- Certification: Must be CPR and First Aid certified (training provided).
- Experience: Previous classroom experience in childcare or preschool settings is required.
- Passion for Teaching: Love for children and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
- Professionalism: Reliable with a professional demeanor.
- Creativity: Ability to creatively transform the classroom to reflect seasons and holidays.
