Position Description
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who is patient, compassionate, warm, and friendly. The ideal candidate should be a positive team player with excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with children and their parents.
- Maintain Classroom Hygiene: Ensure a clean and healthy classroom environment by maintaining children's proper hygiene and following appropriate diaper changing and potty training procedures.
- Stimulate Growth and Development: Foster a learning environment that promotes child growth and development.
- Professional Development: Complete a minimum of 10 hours of ongoing professional development annually, provided by our center.
- Certification: Be CPR and First Aid certified, training provided by our center.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience Required: Must have classroom experience in child care or preschool settings.
- Passion for Teaching: Love for children and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Professionalism: Reliable with a professional demeanor
- Creativity: A strong sense of creativity to transform classroom area month to month, reflecting the seasons and holidays throughout the year.
