Adventures Learning Center is now hiring for an Assistant Childcare Director at our Kentwood location.

Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Director in leading our teaching staff, supporting families, achieving enrollment, and operational objectives.
- Partner with parents to assure the best care and education for their children.
Gain positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Serve in a wide variety of roles throughout the center as needed, including lead classroom teacher.
- Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents
- Have knowledge of Creative Curriculum
- Have knowledge of state licensing rules
- Be flexible in hours
- Be willing to work in classroom alongside teaching staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
