The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for facilitating and streamlining the operation department workflow and client success. Areas of support include: onboarding new clients, network integration, technical support, and internal team support. This candidate will report directly to the Senior Product Manager while working closely with the operations department.
What You'll Do:
- Daily client onboarding
- Technical support for all internal and external client and team questions
- Full accountability for the organization and timely completion of ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Effective client and team communication
What You Have:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- 1-2 years of experience working in a client-facing role
- Proven ability to execute on clearly defined expectations with a high attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Track record of excellence in communication and team workflow management
- Experience in tech support and affiliate marketing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of SQL is highly encouraged
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
