Our team is dedicated to helping our clients drive their brands forward with strategic and creative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Coordinator.
The Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to maintain a high level of accountability for our client base. You will play a critical role in supporting the account management team in the execution of advertising campaigns for our clients.
A strong candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and requests at a time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A get-it-done attitude, an eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
What you will do…
Project Management :
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns.
Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow.
Account Management :
Builds weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting decks for in-person / virtual client meetings
Actively assists in the development of integrated campaign plans and creative from initial development through production / execution in broadcast, digital, social, mobile, print, OOH, collateral, and event marketing
Gather and analyze data to measure campaign performance and generate insights for optimization.
Develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients, agency partners, and internal teams
Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses for client projects.
Ensure all billing and invoicing are accurate and processed promptly
Who you will be…
Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an account coordination role, preferably within an advertising agency
Culturally plugged in; nimble, inspired, and scrappy gatherer of information
Crisp thinker and communicator – verbally, visually, and in writing
Proactive, curious, self-motivated
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strength of conviction for your thinking, well balanced by an open ear and mind
Familiar with advertising and marketing concepts, particularly within the automotive industry, is a plus.
Experience with digital advertising & social media platforms is a plus (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
