Job Summary:

The President will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction and operational management of the company during a period of significant growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional results. The President will work closely with the Board of Advisors and senior management to achieve the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets.?
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.?
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.?
• Identify and evaluate new business development, including whitespace opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships.?
• Drive innovation and operational excellence to support rapid growth.?
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, strategic relationships, and banking partners.?
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.?
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals.?
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media.?

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within the private equity, consulting, or advertising/service industries.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel around 3X per month (could be up to 50% of the time) meeting with key clients and strategic partners.
