Hybrid Accounting Manager - HNW Family Office in Pompano Beach
Salary: $125k-$150k bonus (commensurate with experience) plus bonus and company paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 401k with match
We are partnering with a prominent HNW Family Office in Pompano Beach to fill a Accounting Manager position. This is a dynamic hybrid role supporting the financial needs of a principal with a diverse real estate portfolio and other investments. The Accounting Manager will be the right-hand person to the firm’s Senior Operations professional, assisting with various aspects of financial administration and providing high-level support. A warm yet serious-minded individual with strong communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and maturity will thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities:
Financial Administration:
- Handling of banking transactions, including wire transfers and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial management.
- Manage accounts payable, credit card payments, and cash flow to ensure timely, accurate processing and proper reconciliation of expenses.
- Prepare regular financial reports and tracking of investment portfolio collaborating with the internal finance team, outside CPA firm and investment partners.
- Assist with tax documentation and compliance, coordinating with tax advisors to meet regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring adherence to budgets and anticipating future financial needs.
- Administer personal insurance policies, handling renewals, claims, and liaising with providers for effective management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting UHNW individuals, with a strong background in accounting functions.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Office 365 suite, including SharePoint.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tax compliance, budgeting, and investment reporting.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
