Associate Recruiter – Real Estate & Property Management
The Real Estate Operations division at Advice has emerged as the fastest growing practice area across the company. The Associate Recruiter will play an integral part in the team’s continued growth and expansion by supporting a range of activities related to the full cycle recruitment process, including a combination of strategic sourcing, talent identification, candidate engagement and lead qualification.
The Associate Recruiter should be prepared to try new, creative methods to identify and recruit top talent across property management, leasing, construction and development. This individual will be partnering closely with the head of our real estate operations division in generating a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for an ever-evolving cycle of job opportunities with a diverse portfolio of companies across real estate management, construction/development, co-working/co-living startups, property technology companies and more!
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Utilizing a diverse mix of both public and proprietary resources to identify and recruit top candidates for open positions.
- Developing creative tactics for candidate reach-out and engagement, identifying unique methods to connect with more selective & passive job seekers.
- Building long-term and value driven relationships with active and passive job seekers across a combination of functional areas.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring proper alignment between a candidate’s career aspirations and available positions.
- Negotiating offer packages by finding the perfect balance between candidate and company expectations.
What We’re Looking For…
- 2 years of experience in sales, brokerage, leasing or other real estate related field
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Passionate about networking and building meaningful relationships
- Self-motivated with a willingness to wear multiple hats in supporting various aspects of the business
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
