In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled team to ensure that our bids and proposals are not only accurate but also competitive, resulting in profitable contracts that uphold our commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze architectural drawings and specifications for automated material take-offs.
- Create comprehensive cost estimates, from rough orders of magnitude to detailed budgets.
- Support Project Managers in tracking project performance, including progress, schedules, and cost management.
- Prepare in-depth job cost reports that detail both direct and indirect expenses.
- Monitor project costs against initial estimates for effective financial control.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project accuracy.
- Source and negotiate pricing agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with property due diligence during pre-acquisition stages.
- Work alongside the Asset Management team to develop capital budgets and oversee purchases.
Requirements :
Base Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, 401k, and a generous benefits package.
