Executive Personal Assistant – Great Neck Investment Firm – $80k-$90k
An investment firm in Great Neck is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Executive. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of business and personal responsibilities efficiently.
This is a 9am-5pm-ish position with the ability to work from home on occasional Fridays. While this is not a 24/7 EPA position, there may be times where this executive will reach out for assistance after hours - this is the exception and not the norm.
This executive is a well liked, salt of the earth type of person, and very approachable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate personal and business schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics. Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism.
- Handle expense tracking, review and process billing, tax documents, and donations while liaising with external financial and legal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison for private staff and contractors, ensuring timely maintenance and project execution. Schedule home repairs and service appointments.
- Maintain private records for medical claims, household staff payroll, and vehicle documentation.
- Manage technical related requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Organize and maintain business and personal files, review mail, and ensure timely execution of high-priority tasks.
- Provide assistance across various business ventures, investments, and partnerships as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate or private environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple calendars, schedules, and priorities, both for personal and executive matters.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and responsibilities, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation: $80k-$90k plus OT, Bonus and Strong Benefits
