Position Summary
Join a dynamic and expanding real estate investment firm in Manhattan as a Treasury Operations Manager. In this crucial role, you will oversee treasury services and daily operations, managing a Treasury Analyst and ensuring the smooth handling of cash accounts. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with extensive treasury operations experience who can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management processes across hundreds of accounts with multiple banking partners.
- Review, prepare, and execute complex asset transfers including cash, securities, and FX.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring timely completion of bank account reconciliations and management reporting tasks.
- Act as the primary liaison with banks, keeping abreast of regulations, technologies, and trends in asset movement.
- Manage credit lines, facilitate borrowing and repayment processes, and expedite renewal applications.
- Create and deliver a comprehensive weekly cash report to senior management.
- Handle the opening and closing of bank accounts across various banks and jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure efficient workflow processing.
- Engage in evaluating, developing, and implementing internal technologies for compliance and operational excellence.
- Audit and assess the efficiency of existing processes on an annual basis or as needed.
Education and Experience
Compensation : $140,000 - $155,000 plus bonus, 401k matching, comprehensive health benefits, and additional valuable perks.
The salary range provided reflects the company's good faith estimate of possible base compensation and does not account for total compensation that may include additional benefits, equity, and other non-cash incentives.
