Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Design and implement advanced IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud-based solutions.
Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure optimization efforts.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Facilitate effective communication across departments and stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including system designs, configurations, and change management records.
Prepare regular status updates and project reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, or project management roles.
Proven track record of leading successful IT projects.
Proficiency in system design, network architecture, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and enterprise tools (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco CCNA / CCNP.
