Client Operations Associate

As a Client Operations Associate, you will be a part of our largest department assisting in the delivery of our best-in-class financial advisory services. As a member of the team, we both encourage and require your candid feedback and will foster your existing ownership mentality and commitment to continuous improvement to perpetually enhance our internal efficiency. We are looking for a candidate with a great attitude and work ethic who wants to be surrounded by the same.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Delivering exceptional customer service

· Account management

· Trade execution

· Business processing and implementation

This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office once a week. This position requires up to 2 evenings per week, one in person and one virtual. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality.
