The Role
You will play a vital role in supporting the development of quality systems, improving supplier processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction as a Quality Engineer.
You will contribute to the enhancement of internal manufacturing processes and provide essential engineering support to our Quality Labs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create sampling procedures and develop forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Assist in establishing programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing facilities.
- Support the development and implementation of methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, assessing cost and responsibility.
- Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product quality and reliability, and tabulate data concerning materials, products, or process quality.
- Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.
- Utilize knowledge of systems such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA's, and IATF16949 requirements.
- Possess proficient working knowledge of SPC and MSA.
