ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., located in Lebanon, Ohio (near Kings Island), manufactures the highest quality and most competitive disc brake calipers, Electronic Stability Control brake systems, and electronic parking brakes in the world.
We currently have a need for full-time entry-level production operators.
Shifts available: 5:00pm-1:30am, plus overtime.
What we offer:
- Starting rate of $19.05/hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for evening shift).
- Ability to earn $19.50/hour after 3 months; ability to earn $20.07/hour after 6 months; ability for regular increases thereafter.
- $500 retention bonus after 3 months; $500 retention bonus after 6 months.

What we’re looking for:
- Stable work history.
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Ability to work a physically demanding job including lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for up to 12 hours.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Basic reading and math skills required.
