We manufacture the highest quality and most competitive disc brake calipers, ESC brake system, and electronic parking brakes (EPB) components in the world. By utilizing the Just-In-Time production model we are able to identify and solve problems efficiently at virtually every step of the manufacturing process. ADVICS meets challenges before they arise allowing us to produce "world class" quality calipers and antilock braking systems. Responsibilities:
Maintaining safety standards.
Performing quality inspections.
Ensuring production quantity and delivery goals are met.
Performing preventive machine maintenance
Specific requirements include:
Very stable work history.
Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Good reading/communication skills.
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Ability to work in a physically demanding & fast-paced environment.
Ability to work overtime.
Compensation:
Competitive wages starting at $20.21 per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for evening shift).
Two performance evaluations with ability for pay increase with in first 6 months of employment.
Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, and tuition reimbursement.
Immediate holiday pay
Gainsharing Bonus every 6 months.
Retention bonuses: $500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 month anniversaries.
