Hiring : Business Analyst Consultant (ITAM) – Level 3

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst Consultant to join our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team!

Must-Have :

  • 7 years in business analysis, requirements gathering & process mapping
  • Experience in IT infrastructure & application lifecycle
  • BA certifications (CCBA, CBAP, ITIL) preferred
  • Strong skills in Agile, SDLC, KPIs & data analysis
  • Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow & MS Office
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Responsibilities :

Gather & document business requirements

Conduct process mapping & drive improvements

Analyze data, identify gaps & solutions

Maintain documentation & collaborate with IT teams
