Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering quality therapy to patients
- Engage with patients in therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve their daily functioning
- Monitor patient progress and share updates with the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and families about care plans, exercises, and strategies for daily living
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all therapy sessions

- An active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in Michigan
- A friendly and patient-centered approach to care
- Great communication skills to connect with patients and their families
- Experience as a COTA is preferred, especially in home health settings, but we welcome new graduates to apply!
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
