- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of physical therapists, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy practices and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to physical therapy services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in the field when needed
